‘People Magazine’ Confuses Somewhat Intelligent NPR Producer

It’s writing like that which serves to remind me why I’d never make a good English teacher. I’d spend too much time weeping over the fact that people actually write like that. Also, for the record, I’d like to state that, not only did I not know who was pictured in the photo accompanying that story, I also thought it was a woman. Hi. My name is Czeltic Girl and I’m completely out of the loop when it comes to reality TV.

Sadly, I *did* know who they were talking about because I’m a defamer.com addict. I don’t know what was worse – the grammar or the fact that Eric Roberts, one of the creepiest actors ever, was the key confirmation for the story.

Actually, though, if one wants to become a father, that really IS about as badly as he could do it. Maybe that’s not what the Claymeister meant. Whatever. He’s treating fatherhood as though it were the next Boy Scout badge on the list.
If I had submitted a paragraph like that in high school English class, I’d still be there.

…and what ever happened to the guy who beat Aiken on American Idol? Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio?

Joe DiMaggio could sing? Oh wait – to be the winning Idol contestant you don’t need such a skill.

Nope. You just have to be loud, and show all of the angst you’ve faced in your seventeen years.
