8 square pixels of fame

Monday, March 14th, 2005 | Again with the hockey

I was going through the multimedia section of the Admirals’ site earlier. (DO NOT try this at home if you’ve got a slow connection! You’ll be there all day. Their webmaster needs to learn the difference between downsizing an image and just using the HTML to make an image smaller. I digress…)

Anyhow, I came across a photo of the barn, and lo and behold, Hockey Buddy and I are in it. Oh, sure, we’re only in it for about 8 square pixels of the photo, but it’s 8 square pixels we’re using to wave to you. (Hey, it could be true. There’s no way you’d ever be able to tell we weren’t.) I’ve saved a small-ish version of it with us circled in red. (Section 202 Row P, represent!) Original gi-normous image can be found here.

Even though I have never met you in person, could pick you out in the photo anyway! What style and class…..

Looking good! It’s like the best 8 square pixel photo of anyone I’ve ever seen… ;)
